Help needed with Jandy CPHVLEDS100 Pool LED light

Hi y'all,

My pool was completed 5 years ago and now the spa and pool lights don't work. The spa light is this: Jandy WaterColors LED Small Light CSHVLEDS100 - 100 Foot Cord

The pool light is this:WaterColors LED Pool Light w/ 100ft Cord, 120V

So now are both out of stock/obsolete. Am I correct in that in order to change this kind of light, you have to somehow run the cord all the way back to the pool equipment? How in the world do you do that? Also, can I change the type of light that I have to a plug in bulb type, so in the future I don't have to deal with the power cord? Is this best left up to a professional?

You can replace the light with one that uses a standard bulb. You need to find a light fixture that fits your light niches.

It can be a DIY project if you are handy.
