Help!!! Leaking from multiport valve

Opening pool today fairly uneventful until fired filter up.....leaking from multiport valve

Here is my system...i have heater to left thats not in puc

What is the pressure?

Maybe you just need a new O-ring.

Pressure appeared to be what it was last year...less than 20....bout 19 i think

Try replacing the O-ring.

This is the valve.

Well i just turned it back on to double check pressure and its not leaking now......

It looks like the O-ring might not be available separately.

Part #8 is 272568Z Valve Top Assembly.

Well...its still leaking.....not as bad. Ordered a new valve assembly....will tear old one apart and see if i can replace o ring and keep as a spare

So i am replacing the multi port valve....but when i attach new one it doesnt want to seat onto filter using new O ring....so i put old oring on, seats well and go on.....turn everything on....small drip on edge of filter between MPV/filter.

So i say..ok...put new Oring on.....tear everything apart again....put new oring on....BUT ITWILL NOT SEAT INTO FILTER TO SAVE MY LIFE....

ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS TO GET THIS TO SEAT...IM GOING CRAZY

Well after alot of prayer, patience and some encouragement from my daughter it slid in using a couple of rachet straps to provide some downward pressure as I gently twisted.....so far so good.
