Update*** I started adding water. I’ve had the water level up to just above the return. It’s held that level for 7 days. Am I crazy or could there not actually be a leak. I find that hard to believe at I removed the cove to find about 6000 gallons gone

Maybe it was something to do with the bottom drain? If it's holding for 7 days, I would venture to say you don't have a tear anywhere
