Help- hazy pool and chlorine levels not rising

Hello all, after several days of rain/busy work schedules and not noticing that our chlorine pucks were out, we are having difficulty with a hazy pool and keeping chlorine levels up. Added 1 gallon chlorine yesterday and with pool math today, added two gallons this morning. Added most recent chlorine about 4 hours ago and now used our test kit and got the following:

FC 0.5
Cc 0.5-1
TC 1-1.5
CH 350
TA 60
PH 7.3
CYA 60

Any recommendations? Thank you!

With cloudy water and dropping FC, time to follow the SLAM Process.

Raise your FC to SLAM level and maintain until you pass the three criteria.
