I have a 5,000 gallon intex above ground pool. I have a sand pump filter with an attached chlorinator. Sunday afternoon I vacuumed the pool, crystal clear! We had two bouts of rain, totaling 2 inches over the last 3 days. The temperatures have been quite hot the last week, between 90-95 for highs. I have checked the chlorine and ph balance, and both are within acceptable range. I began boosting the chlorinator last night. I just went out tonight to vacuum again, and remove a few leaves, and the pool has a layer of green "algae" on the bottom. I vacuumed, but water is very cloudy. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
