I have a 14,500 gallon pool that I've been maintaining with the TFP guidelines, liquid only chlorine and acid. I've been very happy with the TFP maintenance plan.

I'm finally tired of lugging all the chlorine and would like to put in an SWG. I don't need automation and will install myself. There was originally an SWG for this pool that was broken, that I took out several years ago. So I already have the power cable handy.

Looking for suggestions that will handle 2-3X the pool volume, are easy to install and have a good warranty and reputation.

Some of the models I've read about on TFP that look like they may work are:
- Circupool RJ 45 or 60: The RJ45 (45,000 gallons) is $1,399 and the RJ60 (60,000 gallons) is on sale for $1,498
- Hayward AQR15 (40,000 gallons) $1,125

I'm open to any better ideas. I will be installing myself.

Thanks!!

65,

I would get a cell that is rated for about 40K or larger..

None of the big three warranty their SWCG systems for more that about 60 days if you DIY.

So far, Circupool is the winner for DIY guys, here at TFP...

Thanks,

Jim R.
