Long time lurker on the forum here, I just purchased a home in metro Detroit with a 1968 free-form gunite pool that I am looking forward to restoring to her former glory.
The Pool is ~35k gallons. Current equipment is in my garage (and thus in better shape than the rest of the pool)
Heater is a 175k Jandy Lite II
Filter is a Purex sfsm-24
Pump is a 3/4 Horse pentair super pump
Tile, Coping and plumbing are being replaced this summer along with the pool deck and the pool will be replastered next year (or so)
