So much to learn! So little time to swim! 1st time pool owners here. Thought we were getting a great deal on a used Intex XTR 18 ft round pool for $500. We've probably spent 10 times again that much for an upgraded ladder, an auto pool vacuum, a salt water generator, an electric heat pump. It's like the book I used read my kids "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie." (He'll want some milk to go with it. If you give him some milk, he'll want a straw to drink it with.....You get the idea!!! Lol)

Welcome to TFP !!!!! I, as a big burly and sometimes heavily bearded dude, quote that book allllllllllllllll the time.

usually I make up my own sister books.

‘If dude replaces a faucet’
‘If Mrs wants a new living room color’

Also, I read on the news over the weekend that with the nationwide school bus driver shortages, they are actually gonna let the pigeon drive the bus. (LOVE that dude too!!).

Welcome to TFP! We started with a small Intex, then went to the Home & Garden Show that had FG pools on display. That was it. Done. :swim:
