Headrest/pillow recommendations?

So far we are loving our Nordic encore so tub but we both feel that we could use a headrest/pillow at times for certain spots in the tub.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to get?

I see plenty of bath tub pillows and what not on Amazon but not sure if they are appropriate for a hot tub or not.
