Hi, wondering if your issues were resolved?
We have an omnilogic panel (installed in 2021) and last summer after a software update the panel failed and also fried our salt cell. Both were replaced under warranty but neither our PB or Hayward were very informative during the process.
Fast forward to this year and we opened the pool and are having some issues again. We are in NY so the pump is supposed to kick in when the temp goes under 40, it doesnt. Now the chlorinator is stuck on and we have to manually turn it off to avoid over cholorinating.
I'm questioning the technology now especially since the whole panel went dead in under a year of service.
