Hayward Pro DE filter model identification

Can anyone help me identify the model of my Hayward Pro DE filter? I cannot find a model number and want to order a new set of filter grids.

In the lower right corner of the label is a box with the model number.

If thats illegible or missing, you can download the manual and check in there. I have a similar Hayward progrid DE filter, and it said to measure the height of the filter and provided corresponding model numbers based on height.
