Hayward Multiport Sprung A Leak

I noticed the other day that my Hayward Selecta-Flo 4-Way Valve sprung a leak. I replaced the O-ring and lubed it up real good, but it still leaks in the same spot. I even bought a replacement lid and tried that out, but it's still leaking. The rim of the body doesn't appear to be warped and I cleaned it of any debris.

Other than replacing the body is there anything else I can try?

Welcome to TFP! That's one heck of a leak. Interesting you don't see anything. While diagnosing, does it change at all if you run on a different setting? Maybe recirculation in an effort to reduce back-pressure just to buy some time?
