my pool blaster vac isn't charging the wires to the little circuit are broke off and the circuit looks rough.Does anyone know where I can get another one SPK4017 ?

Go to Water Tech, go to Products, then find your vacuum. Scroll down the page to the parts list link, and click that. That will take you to a page where you can order parts.
If the vac is less than a year old, it should still be under warranty. I'd explore that avenue, too.

looks like you have to buy the entire motor assembly almost as much as a new one just need that 1 little piece that the charger plugs into and has 4 wires coming out the back
