JJ,

My "stock" answer to that is... "It was a lot more fun than Service.." It was the most interesting and challenging job that I ever had.. And, it allowed me and my family, to see things, do things, and go places that we otherwise would not have.. I was stationed in Maine, Florida, California, Nevada, Alaska, Colorado, Texas, Iceland, Thailand and Germany.

In my case, I owe our country, not the other way around..
