Should I be worried about integrity of gunite due gap in days to complete due to rain? They completed about 3/4 on 1st day of gunite and 2nd day raining. There are rain forecasting for next at least 5 days.

kresta, I am sorry I am just now seeing this.
I don't think you have anything to worry about. They often have to come back and finish a gunite pour. Some even add gunite to change the shape or depth after the first pour was done.
I would worry more about cave ins on the dirt part.
