glass tile question

We have beautiful 1" glass tiles around the wall of our pool. Over the years the wall above the water line has taken a lot of direct sunlight and heat and the tiles are falling off I assume because grout has been dried out, expanded and contracted. Does anyone know of a product to seal tile with that might prevent this in the future?
