Good Morning,
Not sure where to post this.
New liner mid season, with new municipal water.
Current readings as follows:
CL-0
CYA-0
TA-180
PH-7.2
My plan was to add 5 pounds of dry stabilizer to raise CYA to 30, and 94 oz of 8.25% bleach, to get things started. Does this sound right, and any other suggestions?
Using TF100 test kit and Pool Math.

Thank You.
Keith

Welcome to the forum!
Sounds like a plan!
Be aware it is difficult to find 8.25% bleach. Most household bleach is 6% and has additives. Look for 10% liquid chlorine at Walmart or Home Depot.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry and consider reviewing the entire Pool School eBook.

No, that is 8.25%. Be sure it is not 'Outdoor' bleach. That has surfactants in it.

Most Home Depot carry 10% liquid chlorine in the garden section. Two gallon boxes.
