We just started using hydrogen peroxide and have been noticing foam floating on the water. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hydrogen Peroxide is not a typical sanitizer. Foam, especially in spas/hot tubs, is caused by body oils, skin products, hair products, or possibly very low CH.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry and consider reviewing the entire Pool School eBook book.
