Received test kit and ran tests. Water is crystal clear. Results as follows:

CL: 5 - 10+ Bright Yellow
pH: 8.2+ Bright Pink
FC: 14 Cloudy
CC: 0 Cloudy
TC: 14
CH: 1000
TA: 220
CYA: 90+ (Dot not visible at water level halfway between bottom of viewing tube and 90 line)

Drain it and start over. Correct?

If so, buy the SWG now or wait?
