First time elevated CC

Test results tonight:
FC - 2.5
CC - 1.5
PH - ~7.6

Other results from Sunday-
CYA- 40
TA- 80
CH- 100

This is the first time I’ve ever seen above 0.5CC. Water is still clear, never dropped below minimum FC. My wife had 2 toddlers in the pool today, so I’m assuming they peed and that’s where the CCs came from.

My question is, other than bumping FC back up to top of my target range (7ppm), anything else I should do because of the CC? Should I go higher? Or will the sun just take care of that tomorrow?

I use 12.5% LC with the occasional cal hypo if I need a quick 4+ rise. Never used anything else aside from CYA granules and MA earlier this summer. Levels stay remarkably stable.

Check it tomorrow. The CC should be eliminated by the UV in the short term.

All better today. Levels back to normal. No CCs and end of day FC was at 4.5.
