Finally started!!!!!

After 2 years of debating getting a pool we finally took the plunge. We started this process 2 years ago, but potential relocations at work delayed it. This year I decided I can't just keep waiting thinking we might relocate, we will cross that bridge if and/or when we get there.

Great looking pool!

Ok guys, explain to me what is this style of pool building called? I'm talking about the big black forms around the pool.

It's a liner pool with Polymer walls, based on going with Salt I preferred Poly, but I was not anti-steel. I honestly ended up picking the PB I wanted regardless of what type they used.

No need to be lonely...there are plenty of us on here...What you should be more surprised about is they are not from TX, where everybody seems to be from that is on here.... OP great looking start, will be watching.

Thank you all, I am planning to do all landscaping behind it, no lawn eventually.

Also plan an outdoor fireplace when the budget allows.

Permit is signed off for the footing, now they start to backfill. PB is pretty busy, has several going on at the same time. Electrician comes tomorrow to run conduit for future lights and electrical needs.
