FC totally off from TC

Hi, I am hoping to gain some insight on what to do about the FC. The pool is salt water and has been open around 2 weeks.

The FC is completely off from TC. I have never dealt with the issue before. Reading online the thoughts are all over the place about chlorine lock or chlorine lock not existing and generally chlorine lock being associated with too much stabilizer when our CYA is way too low. The readings below are from yesterday. Any input appreciated!

FC: 0.77
CH: 114
ALK: 153
CYA: 19
PH:7.4

Where did you get those test results? TC is not a real test. There is a test for FC and CC. You add those together (or at least pool stores do) to get TC.

Your numbers show your CC is 5.39. That is an issue. Tell us about how your water looks, any chemicals you have recently added , etc.
