We recently completed the construction of our pool with blocks and EcoFinish. The pool is leaking at least 1 inch by date. We have confirmed that all piping is not leaking electrical lights drain and skimmer also not leaking. The contractor subcontracted out the construction of the pool and he finished the interior of the pool and apparently applied two layers of echo finish. The company that installed the blocks say that it’s impossible that there is a crack in the blocks and that his product should not allow water through. He said he acid washed the walls before applying finish. Now he says only solution is to do another coat of EcoFinish. How can this happen. Is it in the blocks or EcoFinish
