Welcome to the forum!
Remember, a normal SLAM Process is first completed BEFORE raising the FC to Mustard Algae levels for just 24 hours. Then maintain a slightly elevated FC for a significant time after that.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.

Yes...I have the SLAM and Mustard Slam information. On on day 8 and still have visible algae every morning so not passing the criteria. Just curious on how long this takes. My kids want to swim. Brand new pool as of June. Frustrating. Ladder is out.

Visable yellow/brown. Water is clear. I have been keeping FC 1-2 above recommended SLAM. Also went to mustard slam level for 24 hours to see what would happen. Vacuuming to waste. Scrubbbing 3x daily. I've probably vacuumed the volume of my pool x two so far. It is still back every morning.

Here is another pic…not sure if any more helpful or not. I keep wanting to believe it’s not algae…but I know better. There isn’t pollen around in September in Nebraska…right?!

No, but harvesting dust, dust/ash from wildfires in the west, etc.
If you have passed OCLT's, I would back down on the FC levels to target and just keep brushing/vac to clean it out.
