Our 21 mo old cleaner stopped moving although it did light up. I called Maytronics who issues me an RMA even though I had never registered it.ye just asked me to include a proof of purchase so I printed the email from Margaret at Marina Pool.

That was last week and now it's on its way back. I'm told they replaced the motor, power supply and that they upgraded the manifold and jet drive top....so basically it's brand new.

you can't ask for better service.

Its refreshing to find any supplier who jumps to the rescue without blinking or making you feel like they are doing you a favor. Yes is good, **** yes is better (this was a **** yes). No is not something you want to say to me if you have responsibility for something lol

My S200 stopped working a few months after we bought it. The control unit wouldn’t light up. I called Maytronics directly, and they mailed me a new control unit and asked me to ship the old one back. That fixed the problem. Easy to work with.

One lesson learned is to register for the warranty. It made it very easy for the customer rep to find my purchase and send a replacement.
