Dolphin M500 running in place

My Dolphin M500 will turn on, and then sit in place, turn around in a tight circle, sit in place, then shut off. Total cycle lasts a few minutes. I thought one of the rollers was stuck, but I turned it upside down and turned it on. Both rollers turned in opposite directions (trying to spin).

Any ideas? I have a call into the place I bought it, but they are slow to respond.

Check the impeller at the top. Its one Phillips screw to remove it and clean it out.

I just tried it. Not much in there. Cleaned it out, but did not fix it.

The app shows this error “Drive 1 Driver failure”
