Dolphin Active 20 Rubber Flap/Door

On the front of the cleaner where brush is, there is a rubber flap...door. It it held in by 5-6 notches. Mine came off and have put it back on 2-3 times but won't stay in place. It's not ripped or damaged, so not sure why won't stay in place.

Just curious if anyone else had similar issue. I emailed customer support for a possible warranty claim.

I've not heard that one before but I heard one poster wrote saying he removed his as he felt it was too hard for the cleaner to pick up large leaves otherwise. It doesn't seem to affect the performance, but it seems to me that things would fall out once the robot was "off". <shrug>
