Dolphin abuse

Love love love our dolphin. And he loves our pool
He makes happy sounds when he surfaces (that’s how I know)
Fast forward a full year
So Just recently noticed on Maytronics site, They recommend pool chlorine To be less than or equal <= 4ppm
Is it ok to let him dolphin swim at slightly higher Chlorine readings?
He sounds happy .....

What is your CYA? The 4 ppm they state is with 0 CYA. That is what is allowed in tap water.

Since My dolphin is working as well today as the day I brought her home (A year ago) , the Affect of cya on available chlorine, well explains why Our Summertime levels Of 6/7 ppm haven’t hurt her .....yaaaay
