Hello all. Today I completed my first cleaning of my Jandy PLC700 SWCG in response to error code 120. When looking through various tutorials I decided to go with the less corrosive vinegar route, but I did not remove the sensor from the side port of the unit. I didn't realize until after soaking for a few hours that it should have been removed. The manual states that it needs to be removed when doing an acid cleaning, but did I do significant damage by keeping it on and soaking it in vinegar for a few hours? I resolved the error code issue after reconnecting so it appears to be working fine, but I am just curious if I may have done something to potentially shorten the life of the sensor.

Thanks.
