It is a surfactant. Will not hurt anything. Most likely trisodium phosphate or similar.
 
Bioguard strip-kwik filter cleaner. Says it removes grease and oil deposits. He put in around 10fl oz. It’s winter so the pool won’t be used for 3 months at least.

How many gallons in your pool?

I would just keep an eye on your water chemistry and pH.
 
Only 10oz so doubt much effect.

To clean the filter grids in the future use TSP in water. A bucket of water, not the pool.
