CYA Readings different from pool store reading

I have a Taylor K-2006 test kit that I got October 2022. When I tested my CYA according to their instruction I was getting a 35 (yesterday) but I just went to test at Leslie's today and the computer says my CYA is 59. Is there a common mistake I might be making when I do my own testing? Which reading do I trust?
