Hi- I just bought a house with a pool last month and thanks to this site have been learning how to manage it. First time pool owner so have some questions with photos attached.

1. I noticed the liner has a divot. (This is a pebble finish, right?) should I try to fill it with an underwater epoxy or just let it be?
2. The sealant in between the tile and top concrete looks separated. Should I reseal ? If so what sealant should I use? Will I need to scrape off the old sealant or can I just fill the gaps?
3. Some of the concrete panels around the perimeter of the pool are cracked? Should I seal the cracks with polyurethane sealant?
I’m in Sacramento and it rarely hits freezing if that makes a difference.
thanks in advance.
