Due to the pandemic, concentrated bleach has become unobtanium around here, so I have had to switch back to 3” tabs. Is my daily goal of 7ppm still the same? Vinyl, pH 7.6, TA 70, CYA 45

Yes. With trichlor, that will be challenge. Plan to drain water when your CYA reaches 60. Drain at least half.

Your target remains the same only for a few days longer. You're adding CYA with every puck you feed your pool. So as the CYA climbs, so does minimum FC. The FC will dissipate, the CYA will remain. You're going to end up in a vicious downward spiral that will end with a green pool and no option but to replace a bunch of water. What do your test results look like? Maybe Cal-hypo is an option?
