Copping Replacement- Spartan Pool

I purchased a house last year with what I assume is a pretty old pool. There is metal coping that I am assuming is aluminum. I would like to replace the converter decking around the pool because it settled and the coping. Is the coping connected to the pool? How would you remove it?

@jimmythegreek may have some ideas as you are in NJ and the pool was built by Spartan Pools.

Theres different types of this coping, you would have to pop up a section to see if its 2 piece. What are you looking to do replace the whole deck and coping?
