Either DuPont StoneTech or DryTreat Stain-Proof Original products are probably the most widely recommended. They do cost a significant amount of coin though so if you have a lot of concrete to seal, it could get costly...but probably less expensive than hammering out cracked concrete from freeze-thaw damage....
