“Completely clear” tf-100 chlorine test!?

I’m noticing when doing the FC test, after a few drops 6 usually the water becomes clear indicating a FC reading of 3ppm. After a minute or so the test tube water becomes pinkish again not being “completely clearly”

Some insight on this please?
