Colorlogic lights troubleshooting

Hi Everyone,

We have a one year old pool with 3 Hayward Colorlogic lights that were working perfectly until tonight. Now the two outer lights won't light leaving only the middle one working. We tried to resync, factory reset, and flip the breaker and nothing helped. Any ideas before I call our builder for a service visit? Thanks.

What controls your lights?

You should call your builder for a warranty service.

Its the hayward knob with all the colors around it.

Do the three lights run off of one transformer?

Seems to me that either you have two bad lights, or you have a connection issue where the three lights tie into the transformer..

The first thing I would do is open that junction point and confirm that they have solid connections.

Based upon what I see here, I suspect you have two bad lights.. ☹

Calling the pool builder sounds like the best option to me..

Thanks, just sent him an email. What is the life expectancy of these? I assume it should be well more than 1 year but I would like to be prepared for the conversation.

Most LED pool lights do not last as long as long as you would expect from a LED light. Lots of premature failures in 1 to 5 years.
