cloudy water

I have very cloudy water. These are the test results. I have been adding Borax as instructed but cant seem to get the cloudiness to go away. Am beginning to see a little green also. What should I do?

Cloudy and green are indications of algae which would require the SLAM Process. Even though your FC is elevated right now, it's not a SLAM level so it might not matter. You can always do an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to confirm.

You should also consider testing your CYA with 1/2 pool water and 1/2 tap water then double the result for a more accurate reading.
You may benefit from a partial drain and refill due to a high CYA. Check this out......

You've been adding borax as instructed by who? PoolMath? But if you have cloudy water, that sounds like an algae issue. If your CYA is 90, your SLAM level is 35 which is kinda insane. Definitely consider bringing that down before you attempt the SLAM.
