Cleaned Filter now pump won’t prime

Hello!
Bought a house with a pool and cleaned the filters this morning for the first time. Put everything back and now pump won’t prime. I have watched numerous videos but not sure what’s going on.
Just want to verify that the pressure valve on the filter should remain open until water shoots out? What else should I be doing, worked fine before cleaning. Any assistance is appreciated!

Looks like all your valves to the pump are closed and not allowing any flow.

Thank you. I will look into that — I did not touch the valves when cleaning the filter so not sure how they would be turned off but I will check. Thanks so much!

I checked and they are open. Any other areas to check would be appreciated.

Did you fill the pump basket with water before closing it up and turning on the pump?

Yes, have tried at least 2 dozen times!
