I just inherited a refurbished circupool rj- 30 SWG. We installed it and set it at 50% which is below the recommended starting percentage of 70%. I tested my water about 30 minutes after getting all the salt in the pool and got a FC of 8.8, which shocked me because it was 3pm and I hadn’t added liquid chlorine since the night before. I retested this morning and my reading was the same (8.8). That seems high, but I can’t find anything about how to determine chlorine output in the user manual at all, which I need to know to use the pool calculator. Pool calc asks for 24hr output.
Ideas?
