I have a brand new 9x18 Intex that was just setup and filled this past Sunday. Today I stopped by Leslie Pools and inquired as to what I should do and explained everything. I was handed a packet of Chlor Brite and told to dump the entire package (16 oz.) in to my pool then bring in a water sample for testing. My pool is 4,550 gallons. Instructions on the package and their website state 2-3 oz per 10,000 gallons. Now I have no idea what I am doing and cant afford to mess this up as my son is in the pool every day since it has been setup (he is 7) so I though I better ask here first... BTW I am moving to a salt system this coming weekend if that has any bearing.
