Check system CMS comm error

I have a Hayward plus8 swg cell is 8 mos old. I can’t clear check system.
I get check system CMS COMM ERROR.
what does this message mean?

Do you have a chemistry monitor installed?

If not, is it enabled in configuration?

If you don't have a chemistry monitor installed but it's enabled, the system will give an error because it's not communicating.

Is the error "CSM Comm Error"?

Check system light is on and I Cant figure out why I read here that Some people can see the error code or error message But my system dont show anything The SWG seems to work good as far as I notice Tnx a head for your help

The only time I get that message is when my remote is on and the filter pump is off.
