Cannot connect to Screenlogic

I see you answering a lot of questions on the forum -- wondering if you can help me.

I am able to access my equipment via the iOS app with the connect locally.

When I try to access it remotely, I can't because I just moved into this home and the password was previously set.

I went here: ScreenLogic Update

and completed the first update of the protocol adapter.

When I did the second step of installing Screenlogic Connect, it doesn't detect it locally.

I'm at wit's end on trying to access via my computer to get or reset the remote password.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

So you can connect using the iOS app, but not via computer.

Is the Protocol Adapter connected to your router and your computer connected to the same router?

Did you go to Configure Screenlogic?
