I'm new to this, and still struggling a bit with too high of a chlorine demand; so I'm trying to do this as accurately as I can. I received the TF-100 kit yesterday and have been learning how to use it. As I read it (see attached picture) I'm at a pH of 7.4 maybe? And chlorine... oh boy, I don't know. Maybe 2.5?

A white background helps for the pH. But mid 7's sounds good.

For FC use the FAS-DPD test, R0870 powder and R0871 reagent.
The yellow match OTO indicates you have chlorine in the pool. That is about it.

Look at your pH test results in four colors, red, pink, orange and yellow to get you in the ballpark. Now looking harder there is dark red, light red, light orange, yellow orange.....but the bottom line, close is good enough.
