Calcium deposits in grouts of pool and spa

I see calcium deposits in pool and spa . I have a pool company who takes care of the pool . Last 3 months back he was told to take care of it , but it’s still sitting out . What do I do to take care so it doesn’t harden up more .
ph is maintained 7.4-7.8 , salt water pool .

Calcium deposits occur due to the CSI - Calcium Saturation Index (CSI) - Trouble Free Pool being in the positive range.
Can you fill out your signature? Include what test kit you are using. Post up a full set of test results.
Realize that water line scale build up is normal in hard water areas.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
