Usually the builder provides the renderings as part of their quote. If you're going at it on your own then a landscape architect or the engineer might do it.

We might not be able to put it into a pretty picture but we can/will give you suggestions using your design and a pic of your yard. I have some pretty sorry paint skills but some very good ideas most of the time. I can share pics of my ideas that were used in other pools as well.
