Hello,
I’m planning the plumbing for a 336btu natural gas Raypak pool heater. I’m going to install a bypass valve. In addition to bypassing the heater when dosing chemicals, would it be a good idea to bypass the heater if it won’t be in use for days at a time? (In July we have a good amount of days with temps in the high 90’s) I’m just trying to preserve the heater exchanger as long as possible.
Just a thought.
Thanks!
