broken Lateral

so I found out why my pump has been brodcasting sand out into the pool......broken Lateral. The filter is a week old! Anyone have any success with repairing these? I just dont want to wait to long before waiting for a replacement. I will call the placeI got it from in the morning

Epoxy those big holes shut if they won;t deal with it in a timely fashion. You'll only reduce your filtration by .001% or so.

Thanks Rich....Its only just one hole, the pic makes it look bad! Im just glad i was able to (hopefully) find the reason why its returning sand to the pool!!!
