Is this normal for brand new white plaster? It’s very splotchy and streaky. Is this how it’s going to stay? Will it get worse, better?

From the photos, it is hard to tell whether it is normal mottling or more gray mottled than usual.
I suggest contacting the PB to make a record of your concern. But I also think it will be necessary to wait 1 to 2 months to see if the gray mottling discoloration gets worse.

See these posts for further information.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't think it looks terrible....but I guess I was expecting the plaster to be a little more consistent looking. I also don't mind the slight gray hue, because it gives our water a turquoise look, which we really like with our tile and coping. The water has a nice Caribbean look to it.

I just wanted to check to see if this was normal, or if it was an indication of poor workmanship.
