How long should I wait before it's safe to swim after adding borates to my pool? I am within range to begin the borax/muriatic acid method, and starting from a zero borate level. I would assume that it's swimmable after a few hours assuming the pH is in an ideal range. Thanks!

Once you have it all added and mixed up (brushing helps a lot), it is safe to swim as long as the pH is within recommended ranges.
